1. Scope and service provider
These terms govern activation and use of LEMIO plans supplied by Express Buy OÜ through the LEMIO online marketplace. They apply together with the Terms of Use, Payment and Renewal Terms, Cancellation and Refund Policy, the plan information displayed before purchase and mandatory law.
2. Plans and selected profile
A plan is assigned only to the personal or organization publishing profile selected before activation and is not shared with another profile. The currently configured consumer-facing plans include:
- FREE at EUR 0, without a payment obligation;
- Lite at a final customer price of EUR 4.90 per month;
- Standard at a final customer price of EUR 9.90 per month;
- any additional plan that LEMIO has enabled for the selected owner type, at the price and on the terms displayed in the plan catalogue and order confirmation.
3. Start and paid period
A paid subscription starts when LEMIO or the compatible payment provider confirms successful payment of the order. Each paid period lasts one calendar month unless a different period is expressly displayed before the order is confirmed. A free plan or a plan assigned manually by an administrator does not by itself constitute a paid subscription.
4. Features and limits
Each plan controls the functions, eligible owner types and limits available to the selected profile, including limits on active listings and photographs. The current plan catalogue and information shown during ordering are the source of truth for values configurable by LEMIO. Purchasing a plan does not remove listing, safety, verification or community requirements.
5. Renewal
Manual renewal requires a new payment by the user for the next month. Automatic renewal is used only where a compatible recurring payment method is available, the order process clearly identifies automatic renewal and the user has consented to it. Without a successful renewal, paid access ends at the end of the current paid period.
6. Changing a plan
The authorized manager of a profile may select another eligible plan through the available plan flow. The selected plan, price and resulting paid period are those confirmed in the new order. No automatic prorating, credit or refund for a plan change is promised unless it is expressly shown during the change or required by mandatory law.
7. Cancellation and end of subscription
Cancelling future renewal does not normally end access already paid for. The paid plan remains active until the end of its paid period unless a withdrawal, refund, legal remedy or mandatory law requires another result. On expiry, the profile returns to the applicable FREE plan; existing listings and photographs are not automatically deleted, but new publication, reactivation or uploads may be limited while the profile exceeds FREE limits.
8. Restrictions and suspension
A paid plan does not exempt a user or profile from the Terms of Use or other LEMIO rules. LEMIO may restrict functions, suspend a profile or account, or prevent publication where this is permitted by those rules, necessary for security or required by law. Any effect on payment or refund rights is determined under the Cancellation and Refund Policy and mandatory law.
9. Incorporated documents and acceptance
Before starting the paid order and payment process, the user must accept the Terms of Use and these Subscription Terms. These Subscription Terms incorporate the Payment and Renewal Terms and Cancellation and Refund Policy by reference. LEMIO records the accepted document versions and acceptance time through the existing legal acceptance mechanism.
10. One-time listing bump
The listing bump is a separate one-time purchase available for FREE and paid plans, not part of a subscription. One bump has a final customer price of EUR 0.50 and moves an eligible active listing higher in the default results after successful payment. It does not extend the listing term, and the same listing may be bumped no more than once in 24 hours. A failed or cancelled payment does not apply the bump.
