1. Respect
Treat other users, animals, volunteers and organizations with respect. Disagreement is permitted; harassment, humiliation, stalking, threats and targeted abuse are not.
2. Authentic participation
Use accurate identity and organization information. Do not impersonate another person, fabricate an organization, coordinate deceptive activity or use additional accounts to evade restrictions.
3. Lawful and humane conduct
Do not use LEMIO to promote cruelty, exploitation, illegal trade or conduct that endangers an animal or person. Content must respect intellectual-property, privacy and data-protection rights.
4. No manipulation or spam
Do not flood listings or messages, publish misleading duplicates, manipulate engagement, scrape the service disruptively, distribute malware or send unsolicited commercial messages.
5. Privacy
Share only information necessary for a listing or conversation. Do not expose another person’s home address, contact details, identity documents, financial data or private correspondence without a lawful basis.
6. Constructive reporting
Reports must be made in good faith and contain enough information for review. Do not submit knowingly false reports or use reporting tools to pressure another user in a private dispute.
7. Proportionate action
LEMIO may warn, reduce access to content, suspend features, block an account or preserve information where needed for safety or law. Relevant context, severity, recurrence and user rights will be considered. A user may request review at info@lemio.ee.
